Romulus Community Schools approached me to tell the story of the district and show that Romulus is “more than just a town with an airport.” I worked closely with the district’s communications department to develop the script, record the voiceovers with their students and film throughout the four elementary schools, pre-school, middle school and high school.

The goal of the video was to show parents that Romulus is a place where students can come to learn and grow. This meant showcasing that the schools offer unique opportunities while at the same time, offering the same experiences kids can expect from other local school districts. The 30 second commercial was shown in movie theaters throughout Wayne County while the 2 minute version was used on the district’s websites, social media and in email campaigns to teachers and parents.
